Crystal Head Vodka is distilled by the Newfound Distillery Company which was launched in the year 2008 California US. It is distilled from variety of corn called peaches and cream and is filtered through layers of quartz crystal known as Herkimer diamonds bottled with no additives. The water used in its production is glacial water from Newfoundland where the vodka is distilled. The unique bottle was designed by Dan Aykroyd and John Alexander and made by Bruni Glass in Italy. It contains 95% ABV alcohol by volume but when water is added it brings the spirit as low as 37.5% ABV to 40% ABV.
