The category of aperitifs is sometimes overlooked one that has a great deal to offer in terms of flavor and variety. In general, aperitifs include liqueur, vermouths ,bitters and spirits that have low ABV but rich in diversity.
Most are flavored with herbs, spice, fruit and flowers that native to the region in which they are produced, typically in European countries.

Use it in a simple Spirit, combine with grapefruit juice, or even make a Negroni Bianco with dry gin and dry vermouth to counter the sweetness.
